Guide to Convert MSG to PDF

Select MSG Files
First Download/Install/Launch the program in your machine. You will see 2 options available for selection of MSG files, use the option which suits you, the options are:
Add MSG File(s)…: You can select MSG files 1 by 1 all by yourself. Using CTRL+Click technique you can chose multiple MSG files.
Add Folder having MSG File(s)…: Store all MSG files in 1 folder, click on this button & select the folder.
Note - By default all the files inside the folder will be selected.

Choose File Naming Options
Next, comes File Naming options, this allows users to save & rename PDF files according to their needs. It helps users to categorize & save the files after conversion.
There are 8 options available. By default the “Use Original Name” option will be selected, if you want to save the files in different sequence choose any of the other option like: subject+date (DD-MM-YYYY), from+subject+date(DD-MM-YYYY), etc.

Choose Attachment Saving Options
Save Attachments: MSG files are emails & there is possibility that they have Attachments. To save them there are 2 options available, which are:
Save Attachments & Embed in PDF File: It will keep attachment files within the PDF. There will be an attachment icon in PDF file, click on that to view the files.
Save Attachments in Separate folder: For each email, separate folder will be created & the attachment files will be stored in them respectively.

Start Conversion
To begin the conversion process, click on “Convert Messages to PDF” button. On this, you will be prompted to choose a location to save the files after conversion.
Choose a suitable location, which is easy for you to remember. Once you have selected a location the software will start converting the messages.

View PDF Files
When the conversion process is over, the software shows you the following message “Complete”. Now go to the location which you chose to save the PDF files & double click on any converted file & they will open in Adobe Reader.
(Having Adobe Reader install in the machine is compulsory to open the converted files)

View Attachments
If you had chosen to save attachments in separate folder, you will see the software has created folders & store the attachment files in them. The Folders will have the same as their respective emails they belong to.
If you have choose the embed option, then you will find an attachment icon on the left side panel of the software. Click there to view & open attachments.
